After you request your appointment using our online booking system, you will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours verifying all appointment details.

Once you arrive you'll be greeted by your stylist and brought to the chair for a consultation where they will assess your hair and discuss your goals, questions, and concerns so that together you can create a plan for your hair that is perfectly suited to your unique needs.

We offer complementary beverages, snacks, wi-fi and magazines to keep you comfortable before, during, and after your service.

Upon the completion of your color and/or cut, your stylist will prep your hair for the blow-dry and educate you on the recommended products and styling techniques so you are prepared to recreate your new look at home.

Once your style is completed, your stylist will make any necessary adjustments and make sure you are 100% satisfied before check-out. We love to show off our beautiful guests on social media, so you may be asked to model you new 'do for some photographs!
